What We Are Unable to Do:
- Safety First: Our staff cannot stand on anything to reach items at arm's length due to the risk of falls, prioritizing the safety of both our staff and service users.
- Alternative Solutions: For tasks that require reaching high places, we recommend arranging for appropriate equipment or assistance from other professionals to prevent potential accidents and injuries.
- No Betting Assistance: We do not handle money for placing bets on behalf of service users.
- Lottery Exclusion: Our staff cannot buy lottery tickets for service users.
- Safety and Accountability: Ensuring safety and accountability, we require a responsible party to be present during all care activities.
- Presence Required: Our staff do not provide care in a service user's home without the presence of the service user or a relative.
- Our carers do not perform medical treatments that require a trained nurse.
